Affected
Partial outage from 5:28 PM to 12:00 AM

All email sending has been moved back to the original domain and is working normally. The courtesy copy email to agent for alerts with the setting "Send copy to myself" has been turned back on.
We will keep monitoring and will mark this resolved unless we see any further issues. Thank you for your patience.

Microsoft has delisted our sending domain and the bounced emails have stopped. The issue appears to be resolved.
We have begun resuming sending on the original domain and will move email volume back over in stages throughout the day. We will also turn the courtesy copy email to agent back on for alerts with the setting "Send copy to myself" as we go. Until that is finished, you can continue to view your dashboard live feed to see emails sent to your clients.
We will post another update toward the end of the day.
- IdentifiedUTCIdentifiedUTC
We have detected an increase in bounced emails sent to agent email addresses hosted by Microsoft (Outlook, Office 365, or a custom domain running on Microsoft 365). Emails to your clients are not impacted and we have rerouted most agent emails through a different sending domain to fix the issue.
In order to manage the email volume as we reroute traffic, we have temporarily paused the courtesy copy email to agent for alerts with the setting "Send copy to myself" (the client email will be sent as normal). In the meantime, please view your dashboard live feed to see any emails sent to your clients.
We are engaging with our email providers and with Microsoft to further remediate the issue and apologize for any inconvenience.
