Disruption to Automated Email Alerts and Data Syncs

    We’re currently experiencing a delay in background processes due to an ongoing Heroku (Salesforce) platform outage. This is affecting the delivery of automated alerts, including:

    • Listing Alerts

    • Market Activity Alerts

    • Home Value Alerts

    • Agent Daily Digest Emails

    This is also affecting some background jobs involved with syncing data from external services, like Follow Up Boss.

    We are actively monitoring the situation and will resume all tasks once Heroku services are stable. No data has been lost, and all delayed tasks will be processed as soon as we’re able to reconnect.
